I went in to order some hardwood after my contractor had called and been told the product we needed was in stock. To say the woman I encountered was rude would be an understatement. She seemed to be horribly offended by my presence and just threw a sticky note at me for someone else to “help.” Although I could order from here if I were willing to jump through their hoops, I absolutely will not because someone so rude does not deserve my business.
Shop elsewhere. Very unprofessional and inattentive. Wish I had gotten the woman’s name but she waited to finish her casual conversation with her coworker as I waited patiently for her to acknowledge my presence. When she finished she was rude and attempted to belittle my husband. This is my second trip to this store with similar customer service.
